The US State Department released over 4,000 more of the emails former secretary of state Hillary Clinton kept on a private server and revealed that some 150 others have been retroactively classified.

Its bad for her because sensitive information was on her server that was not properly classified.
Even tho as SoS she should’ve known what information that should have been classified, that’s what her “out” will be blaming some poor slug who sent it to her
If there is any indication that information (or the analysis of same) came from a satellite, it is classified. Period. Even certain other types of intelligence are so obviously classified that it is almost impossible to claim ignorance. Especially the types of material that are filtered up to her level.
She surely read material (on a frequent basis) that was clearly stamped as classified information that was similar in nature to what she had on her server that lacked classification stamps. She simply had to know that based on the similarities of content.
If you read something that is classified in one document, and the same type of info appears in another document, you know its classified. This is also pertains to conversations.

She doesn’t have to be convicted - after all, what good did it do Zimmerman to be acquitted, as far as PR is concerned???And in the PR war of a campaign, Hillary doesn’t have to be convicted, she just has to be shown to be unprofessional and thus not-to-be-trusted with the presidency. The e-mails do that. And,

That “poor slug” needs to be interrogated. He/she knew what they were doing, and who told them to do it. A good ad determined investigator will go up the chain.
Her defense is preying on the stupidity of the general public not understanding the process of classifying then handling classified materials.
If you or I had done this while in the military or otherwise, we would be looking at revocation of our security clearance and jail time.

So far my lib uncle is picking apart the news releases of Hillary’s crimes based on the grammar of the articles.
He also claims that the meaning of 2A is changed by the presence of or lack of a comma. Forget the Federalist Papers, or what James Madison or Thomas Jefferson or any of the founding fathers actually wrote. That comma negates everything.

I never had even one document “retroactively classified”, but I know what would have happened if I, as an ordinary person, had put myself in that position. Even without that big “TOP SECRET” and the colored stripes, I would have recognized classified when I saw it. When I generated documents for those sponsors, I thought - paragraph by paragraph - about the appropriate classification. I would have known if I received something improperly labeled (or not labeled), and i would have done something about it.
The problem is that Hillary doesn’t mind if “exceptionally grave damage” is inflicted on our country, so long as she can continue her secrecy. It’s about her grasping for more power, not what happens to the little people, whose lives and freedom she doesn’t value.
As much as I appreciate the things you have laid out against Hillary Clinton, I don’t recall her ever serving in the Senate Intelligence Committee. I even googled it and couldn’t find it in her resume. Where did you get this information? If we’re going to fight the enemies of truth, but can’t do so with lies.
YES, it does mean that.
Even without any marking .. Hillary should have known it was classified material when she got it .. and she should have marked it accordingly .. BEFORE SHE SENT IT ON TO ANYONE ELSE.
