The jury is still out. It's absolutely clear that one of two things occurred: either he is foreign born and it says so on his documents, or he lied about being foreign born on his college docs so he could get affirmative action breaks. Either way, he's a felon.

So, if his college docs say he was born in Kenya---but he really was born in Hawaii---he liked and committed fraud and perjury on federal and state documents. If a birth cert shows up that is less, shall we say, disputed, it shows he lied.

If Obama had applied to colleges as an Indonesian citizen, it would've avoided the issue of where he was born. It would make him the beneficiary of quotas for foregin students.

My question would be when and if Obama renounced his Indonesian citizenship.

What's appalling is there wasn't, and still isn't, a commission that determines the eligibility of anyone running for US President as part of filing papers to enterthe race.

What is the deal with his social security number?

What really happened with his selective service registration?

the third possibility is he was born in Canada. And both the Hawaii and Kenya stories were lies that he and the Dunhams switched between for their convenience.
