I responded to your many false claims made on this thread.

There are many Jewish laws about marriage, including restrictions. Are there civil laws regarding marriage to a Kohen? Is the FBI going to arrest people if they break those laws?

BTW, one can’t simply pick and choose which of God’s laws to follow if one adheres to Judaism.

Again you are ignoring/dodging the point, which is this; The reason we (meaning the culture of the United States) permit and have always permitted non-fertile women to get married, even though it does not accomplish the primary and secular purpose of benefiting society through children, is because of the ubiquitous religious based understanding of the Abraham and Sarah experience from the Bible. This understanding is reflected in our Laws.

Do you have a comment that addresses this point?

You could say "No it isn't", and offer an alternative theory, but going into side issues is of no value in helping us understand what we are seeing.
