Washington (AFP) - Billionaire Donald Trump has soared in opinion polls for the Republican presidential primary, but inflammatory anti-immigrant rhetoric could cost him the crucial Latino vote in the 2016 White House race.
"What Trump is doing is political suicide," says Patricio Zamorano, executive director of the consulting firm Infoamericas.info.
Since launching his campaign in June, "The Donald" has catapulted to the top of the Republican polls, ahead of 16 other candidates, and at 28 percent this week he is streaking away from his nearest rival by 16 points.
Immigration has dominated the agenda since then, with Trump, 69, promising to build a wall to keep Mexicans -- who he has attacked as drug traffickers and rapists -- from entering the United States illegally.
He has also promised to deport the more than 11 million people living in the United States illegally and to eliminate their US-born children's right to nationality, which the outspoken Trump sees as a magnet for undocumented immigrants.

How is it a time bomb for Trump? Look at how much he has brought key issues to the forefront. So if he does not become president, he goes back to making billions. He will put a huge hole in the armor of the political establishment before he goes...if he goes.
Hispanics were only ten percent of the vote in 2012.
The USA allows more legal immigrants than all other countries combined.
The Asians countries don't even allow immigrants for example Japan.
There is not one reason why WE the people of America have to allow even 1 immigrant ever. We have rights to protect our country from invasion .
We don't have to accept any immigrants especially since they will turn our country socialist and take away our freedom.
There are 7 billion people in the world. so why what are we the trash heap of the world to accept all the trash they don't want? hell no! People just have no understanding there are 7 billion people in the world and we can't just let in billions that do want to move to the USA just because they want to or for any reason. Most countries have very strict immigration laws.
The media and politicians are the problem.Media and politicians keep saying immigrants are good and don't say anything against illegals either. the media and politicians are the enemy . Trump is the only one I trust. the politicians are owned by foreign interests while Trump is not.

The fact is all immigrants vote for democrats no matter where they are from and that leads to socialism .
The fact is that the Republicans have fielded weak Democrat-lite presidential candidates in the last two election cycles. The GOP establishment is incompetent and foolish, and is too busy buying into the Democrat game-plan of equating illegal immigration with legal immigration to make a real appeal to legal immigrants.
Yes, if one gains a bigger percent of the bigger percentage though that would outweigh it.

They’re more concerned that the myth of the all-powerful Latino vote will be exposed. What ever will they do if politicians ever realize they can win without kissing their asses.
This is a major problem for the GOP. There will be massive vote fraud by illegals. Or Obama will give them all voting rights before Nov 2016.
