Talking about “them” stores like that is cracker talk. That’s a microaggression.
lol. I dont even understand 90 percent of the new terms used to attack us “crackers” :)
And since the chances of me having to worry about a black person being in a position to hire me, I dont care :)
Although my first boss in my field, a black woman, was very cool and laid back. She was married with the kids coming after the marriage. She was an exception.
It was my first graphics job. Maybe 8 black women and me. All good workers. It broke my heart to hear them talk about their “man’ or their hope to meet just ONE man without a record and wtih a job.
