No problem. Luckily folks pick up on things pretty quick and they get corrected.

He is a Seventh-Day Adventist. So am I.

SDAs believe in God the Father, the Son, and the Holy Ghost.

Saturday is their day of worship. They consider it something set aside between God and man at the end of creation. They believe it is something Christians should observe. They do not believe this law or the Ten Commandments were struck down when Christ died on the cross.

Sabbath worship starts at Friday night at sundown and continues until Saturday at sundown. This is in accordance with the creation pattern of an evening and the morning were the first day, type.

SDA’s believe in salvation through faith, but also the need to live as good a life as possible in accordance with Christ’s and Biblical teachings.

They believe in temperance and moderation in all things. A vegetarian lifestyle is encouraged. The church’s health message has been a good one, and SDAs have been recognized to live longer than the general populace. Some studies have been run.

I am not a fully practicing SDA. I would not want someone to judge the church by me.

As with all churches, I think it’s somewhat accurate to say that some apostasy has crept in. It’s still a very good church.

If you believed in keeping the Sabbath.. then u got 612 more to keep...like burnt offerings.. no salvation in the law.. Jesus is our Sabbath.. you need to be born again...
