Of course evidence was presented at each hearing, that’s how we know a Bandidos “chaplain” transported a carload of rifles and handguns to the Twin Peaks parking lot.

But that wasn’t what I was referring to when I used the term ‘evidenced by’ is it?

I was referring to the fact that probable cause for arrest was challenged and upheld as “evidence” that the district attorney’s office wasn’t overreaching with its charges.

He is probably thinking that he should have kept his day job.

Performing as a weapons hauler to a gun war is going to get the dude some serious time.

There was no probable cause shown for prior intent & conspiracy to commit whatever crimes were committed that day, on the part of that individual.

Wish I could say the same for all the police, and maybe even rooskie sympathizer trolls too there, mac.

But I'm persuaded that not all police are criminals, even though the gang they hang around with --- when those turn to crime --- are among the worst of the worst. They commit crimes of some sort, every single day, if it is but to swear out false accusations, followed by some amount of perjury

The jury is still out in regards to rooskie sympathizer trolls, but the Waco PD passed the perjury bar in one regard at least --- an officer admitted that LE had no evidence of conspiracy to commit crime, in regards to this one individual.

There was no indication the man took part in any of the fighting. There is no indication that he went there for reason of engaging in commission of crime.

How will you polish the turd now, mac?
