Yeah. All I can think of is 1930s Germany, when the National Socialist party forced all Jews in Germany to wear Yellow Stars, and loaded them on train cars to send them back to Israel.

And then then invaded all the neighboring countries and sent THOSE Jews back home too.

And they swore not to let the Jews back in until they had all applied for green cards in the conventional fashion.

What do you mean, that's not how it happened?
