Donald Trump's presidential campaign slogan is "Make America Great Again!" but Jeb Bush says Trump's campaign is all about himself.
Heres a guy, larger than life, its all about him, Bush said of the GOP presidential front-runner during a speech in Norfolk, Va. on Friday, according to The Washington Times.
I wake up thinking, Wow, people are really struggling and suffering, Bush said. Thats what I focus on, thats what I think about: How do we make sure that people can be lifted up?
For him, its all about him, he added of Trump. Hes tapped into this anger and angst that Washingtons not working. I totally get it.
Bushs remarks come as Trump leads the race for the GOPs presidential nomination next year in national polls.
The former Florida governor argued Friday that the political establishment ignores Trump at its own peril, given the outspoken billionaires recent success.
This is a guy whos the front-runner, Bush said. He should be treated like a front-runner, not as some kind of alternative universe to the political system.
And if thats the case, youre [going to have] a different conversation about Mr. Trump, he added.
Bush said he plans to best Trump for the GOPs presidential nomination by exposing the business mogul as a false conservative.
I respect the fact that people are supporting him for legitimate reasons of anger about the dysfunction in Washington, he said.
But when they hear about what his views are, the cost of building, you know, the whole immigration deal, its not a conservative proposal hes making, Bush said of Trumps official immigration plan.
Its going to cost hundreds of billions of dollars, violate civil liberties, challenge our freedom in so many ways, he added.

What an asinine thing to say.
Jeb hasn’t been paying attention.
Meaningless, focus group tested drivel from a moron.
This is a good argument for those saying we can’t afford it. Hah! We can’t afford to pay for their housing, food, medical and schooling either, but they never mention that.
JEB needs to retire and grow crops in Mexico, IMO.
Jeb’s campaign is all about illegal aliens from Mexico.
Thx..
Especially coming from a false conservative
Jeb, there’s a social director position open at the Bohemian Grove. It’s a job you were bred for.
that was absolutely the most concise, well stated comment i have read on this subject. a pleasure to read. Thanks!!
Jeb would make such a great Democrat candidate.
Excuse me shrub? He’s about reached the last gasp as Trump continues to spray him with Political Roundup.
Begone you noxious weed.
I keep sayin' it and sayin' it---ain't I been sayin' it? (Cue Randy Quaid from "Independence Day") THE MOST CONSERVATIVE VALUE ANY CANDIDATE IS HOLDING RIGHT NOW IS FROM TRUMP, WHICH IS WE THE PEOPLE GET TO PICK OUR LEADERS, NOT THE RNC, OR THE MEDIA.
If ¡Yeb! cared about people struggling and suffering, he wouldn’t be advocating for illegal aliens and their employers.
We don’t want our country turned into North Mexico.
¡Yeb! has made it clear he is more concerned with Mexicans than Americans.
Sez the guy whose campaign is all about his handlers and who acts as if he’s only in the race because they won’t turn loose of him. He is owned, lock, stock and barrel by those who keep pushing him.
Hes tapped into this anger and angst that Washingtons not working. I totally get it.
No, you don’t get it at all.
What he has tapped into is the anger of the citizens at both parties and the government’s perfidy when it come to fraudulently documented foreigners.
Refusal to enforce the laws and allowing the colonization of our beloved country is treason and we have had enough!
The middle guy is Rupert Murdoch
Jefferson Sessions as Vice President
Department of State, (return INS.) John Bolton
Department of Justice - Trey Gowdy (Suggested by The Donald)
Department of Treasury, (includes former Homeland Security, (Customs) Carl Icahn (Offered and Accepted)
Department of War, (change the name back, include VA function.) Gen. James Mattis
Department of Interior, (includes legitimate functions only of former Transportation, Homeland Security (Border Patrol,) and Energy Departments) Gov. Palin
Department of Labor and Commerce ELIMINATE
Department of Health and Human Services - ELIMINATE
Department of Homeland Security ELIMINATE
Department of Education - ELIMINATE
Department of Energy ELIMINATE
Department of Housing and Urban Development ELIMINATE
Department of Veterans Affairs - ELIMINATE
Department of Agriculture ELIMINATE
Department of Transportation - ELIMINATE
This proposed model has the President directly managing six subordinates which is optimal.
No, Jebbie. You don't "totally get it" at all!
"Washington" is working perfectly for the Democrats and Progressives - who run that wicked city and get and do whatever they want without any opposition while the American People scream their heads off for somebody - anybody - to stop the destruction of their country and way of life!
What Washington isn't working for is the American People and the dictates of the Constitution. Normal, decent, hard-working Americans are treated like tax slaves and ignored like subjects, abused like criminals, and treated like second class citizens behind all the massively imported Third World hordes of illegal aliens, Muslim foreigners, and "new" voters whose main goal is more freebies from Washington. The majority of genuine American desires and pleas are being ignored in favor of big donors and personal political agendas.
The Can't-do-Nuffin' Party establishment and "leaders" (like you, Jebbie!) are part of that crooked scheme and the American people have had enough of it.
That's what you don't get!!
Jeb is a straight up liar. Here is an article that figures the costs would be between $2-6 Billion.
