If someone is working for the Government they’re being “Paid” for doing so...I don’t call that feeding at the trough...as with Welfare and other Gov. Programs.

You can feed at the trough and call it fine dining if you desire, but the percentage of absolutely necessary jobs in the federal government outside of the Military is quite small.
