Look again at the actual quote.
It doesn’t provide any evaluation or praise of the books themselves, nor of the submitters prior efforts for Christianity or humanity.
It expresses a hope for the future that they will do a better job serving humanity and Christianity.
That’s something you can say to anyone and have it be a good thing.
It’s also something you’d expect in a generic thank you form letter from a large institution.
Which it is.
