America is still reeling from the on-air execution of Alison Parker and Adam Ward. While doing their jobs, both were slain by a devout racist and former colleague of their. The thoughts and prayers of everyone at PolitiStick go out to the families of these victims. Its a senseless crime and its natural to try and make sense of such heinousness. The shooter, a homosexual black man, authored a 23-page manifesto clearly explaining his racial motivations for killing the two straight white people. And though America became engulfed in a rage of race-obsessed hysteria after the Dylann roof shooting, few media outlets have shined a light on the recent killings with the inverse motivations: where a black man killed white people out of racial hatred. Though this is galling, what is, perhaps, most disturbing is the already-begun crusade by Parkers father to voice his support for gun control. With his daughter not even yet buried, Andy Parker appeared on Fox News with Parkers fiancé, Chris Hurst, to parrot the lefts talking points surrounding our Second Amendment rights. Im not going to let this issue drop, Parker said. Weve got to do something about crazy people getting guns. The problem that you guys have and I know its the news business, and this is a big story but next week, it isnt going to be a story anymore and everybodys going to forget it. But you mark my words, my mission in life and I talked to the governor today. He called me, and I told him, Im going to do something, whatever it takes, to get gun legislation, to shame people, to shame legislators into doing something about closing loopholes in background checks and making sure crazy people dont guns. And he said, You go. Im right there with you. Parker added, This is not the last youve heard of me. This is Alisons legacy that I want to make happen. Of course, Mr. Parker has suffered an unimaginable tragedy and all should feel sorrow for the man who just lost his daughter. Still, however, deep and cutting his grief, it does not oblige me or any other American to offer our God-given, constitutionally-protected rights as a means of assuaging his bereavement. Parker, like so many members of murder victims, has succumbed to the lefts preposterous narrative that asserts that more laws will keep guns out of the hands of psychos. There are also laws on the books against murder. How has that worked out? The simple fact is that no law will change the malice some feel and that, not the gun, is the true root of murder. Both Hillary Clinton and the Obama Administration have sounded-off on the tragedy to capitalize on the murders to further their anti-Second Amendment agendas. We have got to do something about gun violence in America and I will take it on, Hillary said. I believe we are smart enough, we are compassionate enough to figure out how to balance the legitimate Second Amendment rights with preventive measures and control measures so that whatever motivated this murderer, who eventually took his own life we will not see more deaths, needless, senseless deaths. White House Press Secretary Josh Earnest echoed the sentiments, saying, As youve heard me say in the past, this is another example of gun violence that is becoming all too common in communities large and small all across the United States. And while there is no piece of legislation that will end all violence in this country, there are some common sense things that only Congress can do that we know would have a tangible impact in reducing gun violence in this country. The president has long advocated Congress taking those steps, and the president continues to believe that they should do so. As Rahm Emanuel advised, Never let a serious crisis go to waste. Instead of aimlessly following the playbook of Gabby Giffords or being used as a pawn by vultures like Michael Bloomberg or Barack Obama, Parker would do well to follow the lead of others who have suffered similar tragedies like Mark Mattioli, whose 6-year-old son James was murdered at Sandy Hook. Mattioli has pushed-back against assertions that the U.S. needs more gun laws and testified before a legislative task force assigned to review Connecticuts gun laws, I dont care if you named it James law, I dont want [another law]. In 1999, Darrell Scott, the father of a victim at the Columbine High School shooting, testified before the House Judiciary Subcommittee on Crime. He stated: In the days that followed the Columbine tragedy, I was amazed at how quickly fingers began to be pointed at groups such as the NRA. I am not a member of the NRA. I am not a hunter. I do not even own a gun. I am not here to represent or defend the NRAA because I dont believe that they are responsible for my daughters death. If I believed they had anything to do with Rachels murder, I would be their strongest opponent. When something as terrible as Columbines tragedy occurs politicians immediately look for a scapegoat such as the NRA. They immediately seek to pass more restrictive law that continue to erode away our personal and private liberties. We do not need more restrictive law. [The shooters] would not have been stopped by metal detectors. No amount of gun laws can stop someone who spends months planning this type of massacre. Political posturing and restrictive legislation are not the answers. Mr. Parkers grief is enormous, but we must fight him and others who dare to push for legislation beyond what the Constitution allows.
could have just as easily used a machete or a few gallons of gasoline and a lighter
But he chose a Glock, a product of Austria, and developed for the military.
Designed by Gaston Glock, an old, white male engineer.
Shades (no pun intended) of European racist supremacy.
I’ll bet the news crew was a ‘gun free zone’.
As a parent, I can’t understand the guy.
At least get her buried first.
If one of my kids was killed in any fashion, I wouldn’t be able to get on a soap box for some time.
Something tells me this whole family is a group of Obama lovers.
Far, far left.
He’s angling for a trip to the White House to collect his million dollar payment from the victims slush find like the Charleston families got. How come I’m the only one to remember that?
It was stunning to see the father and the boyfriend on the boob tube with the constant blah, blah, blah the freakin’ DAY this girl was killed...
Who DOES that? Exhibitionists and egotists, that’s who....
She should have been packing....
No it won't. 3D Printers are now taking away the power of foolish "do-gooders" to disarm the public.
It is becoming impossible to control guns. No law will ever be able to stop people from getting them now.
Mentally Unfit ...
This will be a Catch 22 situation.
Anyone who has not had a domestic spat, does not take mood modifying pills, manages to obey the law in all details of gun ownership (i.e., found a loophole), and who is not depressed by the evil republican congress MUST BE Crazy, and not fit to touch a gun.
That’s where this misplaced, emotional, co-opted Dad is headed.
...or drove a car into them.
Murder is illegal, why do those that support more laws against owning a gun would stop someone from killing someone.
In the United Kingdom where they have strong gun control laws, murders still take place, only the choice of weapons have changed.
Obama Supporter Control, NOW!
After a 23 page diatribe, it is hard to see it is not the gun’s fault. /sarc.
And the media doesn’t say JACK SHIITE about Louis Farrakhan and his ilk calling for the murder of whites.
Just another case of extreme violence from a Liberal Democrat.
What we need is to finally pass some common sense Democrat Controls. Like maybe . . .
1- Background checks before Democrats can engage in Constitutionally Protected Free Speech.
2- High Capacity Bans preventing the gathering of more than ten Democrats in any one place.
3- 72 hour cooling off period before Democrats are allowed to debate issues.
This poor father has his daughters death on ZOOM and the uncountable millions of disarmed by their government dead during the 20th century on micro.
Let’s see, what Gun Control Measures could have prevented this Tragedy? Let me list a few obvious ones.
1. Black People cannot buy or own Firearms.
2. Gay People cannot buy or use Firearms.
3. Anyone employed in the Media cannot buy or own Firearms.
4. Democrats cannot buy or own Firearms. The same applies to Anarchists, Liberals, Progressives and Socialists.
5. Anti Second Amendment Politicians cannot buy or own Firearms and they cannot be protected by Armed Security.
The Crime Rate would drop like a rock.
Feel free to add to the list.
Dang!
I hadn’t thought about that.
Good memory.
Not to mention the slush fund he could accumulate by starting an anti gun group in his daughters name.
I hate to think the worst of people, but there is something offsetting about this one.
bfl
Rather than pimping out himself and his daughter’s tragedy, he should instead be researching the TV station policies that may have prevented his daughter from arming up and protecting herself, and then suing the pants off the station owners.
And then searching his own soul for failing the teach his daughter the art, science, and philosophy of self-defense. Instead, he enabled her to wander around in Condition White, with these tragic consequences.
It was stunning to see the father and the boyfriend on the boob tube with the constant blah, blah, blah the freakin DAY this girl was killed...
Who DOES that? Exhibitionists and egotists, thats who....
She should have been packing....

Although I agree that the behavior of dad and BF is unseemly, after looking at uncensored video, the reality is that she would have never stopped this attack even if she was packing. HOWEVER, if she lived in state that permitted concealed carry without permit, he never could have gotten away with so much.
And what gun control law exactly would have stopped him? Are they proposing to ban sales to black homosexuals?

Prohibit liberals from possessing guns. Past cases show majority of crazies are liberal.
Although the cameraman did manage to point the camera at the shooter to get his picture. Could’ve as easily been a gun as a camera.
