This is irresponsible news reporting. Even if it WAS said, no person can be held responsible for what one person may say in a crowd of 30K+. And there's no report on WHO was saying it, or even if it was a Trump support. Thus, the accusation holds no weight. This is the media repeating an unproven accusation, then repeating it until everyone believes it. Then again, these days I guess the media hits you with the same charge of someone yells "All Lives Matter" on a crowd as well.
I have found that blacks can say any outrageous thing they want to with no repercussions. Their ancestors were slaves so it give them the right.
