Having a hard time with clarity - went through it frame by frame, couldn't get a clean LP shot, all I could make out was the WZE part, the rest jumbled - a bunch of 8s would do that.
He's got his phone out in his right hand, but kinda concerned about what's in his left - sunglasses, a knife (?)
Yeah, he was a nut out looking for a fight. It's a good thing the guy shooting this vid kept going. Wonder if he called the cops or just let it drop.
