Jeb Bushs presidential campaign is trying to trim back its spending as the Republican primary race heats up, according to The New York Times.
We have continued to look at how to make every department more efficient with the goal of being resourced well enough to win primaries and caucuses, communications director Tim Miller said.
Miller said the campaign has tried to run as lean and efficient an effort as possible with one goal: winning the Republican nomination."
Two people briefed on the matter also said some staff members took pay cuts as a part of the belt-tightening.

If Jeb Bush quits that would remove the biggest cost.
If Jeb ends his campaign, the liberal media won’t get his advertising money.
And Mike Murphy won’t get his advertising commissions from the liberal media.

Jeb would be smart to withdraw. If the Republicans have the misfortune to nominate him he will lose AND take countless good candidates down with him by keeping real Republicans home when the vote counts.

Maybe he should take a couple no show banking jobs. I hear they pay well.
Or maybe he can find another pension fund to throw under the bus in exchange for a few million dollars...
