I know what you are saying. The article says the past 2 administrations did it. Thus if Bush State Dept did it, then of course not her fault she did it will be the excuse.

I’ve seen them do this dance before. The investigators find “systemic” problems. That means it’s evyerbody’s fault, which means it’s nobody’s fault.
If diplomats routinely sent secret material on unsecured email, those same diplomats should routinely be sent to prison. The lives of our military service members are placed at risk every time some metrosexual in lace panties sends classified material using an unsecured email, and I would assume that many died because of the State Department’s sloppiness.
Oh...so we’ll be hearing about those home brew email servers that the others used, right?
Then they can all eat lunch with Hillary in prison and talk about what a bunch of idiots they are.
If they all did it then they should all be prosecuted for compromising NATIONAL SECURITY. No exceptions. It’s the slippery slope all over again.
This is like people that piggy back making a left turn on red. I have seen up to 3 cars starting the left turn on red after other cars have already gone on green and yellow.
