In a “serious risk” to national security, Hillary Clinton gave her State Department emails containing Top Secret and other classified information to her lawyer, who lacked sufficient clearances to possess it and who kept it for as long as eight months, the Republican Chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee charged Tuesday.

Hillary is using the Nixon excuse playbook for her despicable acts as Secretary of State.
Nixon famously said, “If the President does it, it isn’t illegal.”
Be pretty funny if she accused him of trying to deprive her of her right to counsel.
If it was State material she might get away with saying that. Since she and her staff were mishandling material from other agencies that will be a tough argument to make.
I wouldn’t be surprised in the least if that will be what the response is - if she responds. Stay tuned...
I think Hillary has her finger in the Dyke but the Tsunami is coming anyway. It doesn’t seem BO is pretending anymore. He needs a deflection from the economy which is also in a free fall.
I still have to ask where these emails with classified content came from? How did they get to HRC? If Huma and or other aids sent them, where did they get the content?
