Hungry now...Just about to carve a chicken breast and make chicken French. The kids are grown. Don't have to share. Hooray!!

Take fresh chicken breast and put it in the freezer until it's firm. Then you can cut nice thin slices.

If it's frozen...thaw till just firm and carve.
