I am considered by many to be among the savvy of investors. Since 1986, I have averaged a return of 14.57% annually. I honestly can not say, nor can anyone else where the bottom is. For me, a re-entry point feet first will be fishing for good companies with the DOW somewhere between 10-12K.

One of the best pieces of advise I got 30 years ago, was that the best investments happen on the bargain that when the masses have just passed the exit sign. Worked for me in 1987, and in 2009.
