Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump on Sunday turned his attack on rival Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker, in his soaring and often unpredictable campaign that has largely targeted frontrunners but spared essentially nobody.
His state has not performed well, Trump, the billionaire businessman who now leads in most polls, told ABCs This Week. We need someone whos going to make it perform well, this country perform well. Im the one to do it.
Like many political candidates, Trump is spending the early part of the election cycle trying to downgrade the early favorites -- in this case Republican Jeb Bush, a former Florida governor, and Democrat Hillary Clinton, a former secretary of state.
Still, Walker, another early favorite who remains a top-tier contender, was more than willing to block and tackle, telling ABC later in the morning that Trump sounds like a Democrat when attack his record as a two-term governor.

LMAO, man I called that one from a mile away. :)
(see my post #19)
Thank you for proving my case...you're a Trump bot, and it doesn't matter to you if he's on the left or not.....game set match, you just got destroyed by your own unthinking rant.
Yes idiocy does piss me off. I realize that’s not possible for you....
And yes, being out of context pisses me off too. It wastes the valuable time of thinkers, trying to get the emoters back on track.
Trump with his history of bankruptcy wants to lecture about performance!
Whats his solution? Where was he when Walker was fending off the powerful unions...oh right he gave money to hitlery!
Can you explain that track record of success? What happens when it comes out he has less than 10% of the money he claims to have? What about when all his business failures come out? He is a mid-tier New York City real estate developer, and a reality TV star. His main skill is his sense of self promotion. But he's a very weak many riddled with insecurities. He has no core ideology, and what he does have is more to the liberal side. How does that make a good president?
Can we please discuss pros and cons without insults? Calling people morons because they disagree with Trump or any other candidate does nothing but alienate us from each other. Liberals would like nothing better than to divide us.
At this juncture, while leaning towards Cruz, I am enjoying Trump making the GOPe and the RINOs squirm and sweat.
I say, C. Edmund old boy, as other posters have observed in this illustrious thread, Trump is shaking up this race and has the GOPe and the institutional RINOs quaking in fear. That is a good thing. Do I agree with Trump on every one of his positions? No, of course not. However what should be telling to anyone with a modicum of logic and common sense is that “the enemy of my enemy is my friend”, meaning that Trump is being reviled by the Reince Preibus/Karl Rove/Frank Luntz axis and their RINO minions, and I submit that you need to give your head a shake.
The fact is, I have been a supporter of Senator Ted Cruz for a long long time, and you would do well to follow his lead and refrain from attacking someone who is single handedly bringing down the GOPe establishment.
Now one final question, have you any grey poupon?
Of course, they will never admit they were wrong, for the same reason the "Ready for Hillary" crowd will never admit in hindsight that Obama wasn't the savior they thought he was in 2008.
You’re jealous. He is not only overall more successful than most of the candidates, he’s had his ups and downs, he’s a survivor. Nit picking him won’t gain you or anyone anything. That is the point of his success so far and I think all the way to the White House. People don’t care about the details. You want Clinton or Bush facing Putin or Congress?
Personally, I would like to see Trump spend more time attacking Hillary, Biden and Obama.
I don't want Trump facing Putin or some Middle Eastern leader. That is scary. They would eat him alive. He is a wimp and never had to act like a man a day in his life. Facing up against Putin is not like a Twitter war with Rosie O'Donnell, it's real life. Trump would get hammered.
Just going from the article, mind you....
If Trump says Walker is borrowing to avoid raising taxes, is that automatically an attack from the left? Is being against debt a lefty thing?
Maybe Walker believes that taxes kill the economic growth needed to pay for the spending, but there is a point where too much spending without paying for it is too much spending regardless of growth.
Lots of things to dislike about Trump. Just saying maybe this isn’t automatically one of them.
You know, the only one I’ve seen willing to stand toe-to-toe is Trump, Cruz, and, yes, Clinton. Sure she ignores her critics, plays her own game but have you seen the clip where she is confronted by the BLM idiots? She faced them down rather smartly. Everyone else are just wimps or, like Christie, a bully that is unlikable.
Nick, you may have seen a post from 2ndDivisionVet to me yesterday in which he told me that he just laughs at you now and actually thinks you’re mentally ill (I thought he was kidding).
Hate to be the one to say it here, but I’m beginning to think that he might be on to something. Do you have anything to support your contention that Trump “never had to act like a man a day in his life”?
Your case of TDS appears to be more serious than anyone suspected. Is there ANYTHING, anything at all, that you like about Donald Trump?
Just curious.
I concur with your post, and as long as Chris Christie has been mentioned, I thought Trump’s comment recently was hilarious when he said “My Casino in Atlantic City went bankrupt because I made the mistake of having an all-you-can-eat buffet in the same state as Chris Christie”.
LOL, Christie deserved every bit of that, IMHO.
