It isn't the libs who created it. It's the banking/elite globalist ruling class that toppled heavy handed but effective leaders, in the Mideast, northern Africa, Yugoslavia, Ukraine, creating the vacuum where the problem has festered. In Africa, it happens because those countries can't handle governing.
