BOOM: Caitlyn Jenner Just Got Some Life Changing News… He Isn’t A Happy Girl
Right Wing Tribune ^ | 8/21/15

Posted on 08/21/2015 11:27:31 AM PDT by Impala64ssa

Sheriff’s investigators in Los Angeles plan to push for Caitlyn Jenner to be charged with manslaughter. Kim Howe, 69, lost her life last February in a car accident, which the transgender star was the cause of.

In my opinion, I think no matter how popular you are or how much money you have, you aren’t above the law. In a perfect world that is how it would be, but Jenner will never see one day of the inside of any jail. Too much celebrity and fame to be put behind bars. She/he might be charged, and even convicted, but never go to jail.

Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department spokeswoman Nicole Nishida says investigators found that Jenner was driving “unsafe for the prevailing road conditions” because her SUV rear-ended a Lexus, pushing it into oncoming traffic.

The fatal crash occurred months before Caitlyn Jenner’s transition. She was formerly known as Bruce Jenner, the 1976 Olympic decathlon champion and Kim Kardashian’s stepfather.

Jenner was hauling an off-road vehicle on a trailer behind her Cadillac Escalade on Feb. 7 when she steered to avoid cars slowing for a traffic light in front of her on Pacific Coast Highway.

Jenner’s SUV rear-ended two cars, pushing a Lexus into oncoming traffic.

The Lexus driver, 69-year-old Kim Howe, was killed when her car was struck head-on by a Hummer.

The case will be presented to prosecutors for final review next week, Nishida said. The district attorney’s office will determine what charges Jenner ultimately faces.

If convicted of such a charge, Jenner could face up to one year in county jail.

Jenner’s attorney Blair Berk to declined comment.

When you’re behind the wheel, especially one with a heavy trailer, and you’re not safely driving and paying attention at a short distance, it’s totally your fault when you kill someone.

Take away all the glamor and T.V. shows for just a minute, and pretend Jenner is a everyday civilian. The public would be outraged that someone killed another person because of driving too fast and not paying attention. Everyone would be pushing for longer than a year in jail, BUT it is “Call Me Cait”, so let’s show this brave “hero” some love and give her a break.

First of all, this is no hero by any standards, and if anything, Jenner should be made an example out of. Showing no one is above the law and treated equal. Hopefully the “Call Me Cait” show is taken off the air and he/she goes to jail.

From what I have heard, Jenner was NOT speeding but rather driving too fast for the conditions. Jenner was also not the original accident but a subsequent accident (chain reaction). Further, Jenner’s crash pushed the car forward and then another car caused the fatal crash.

Any prosecution for manslaughter will be difficult at best.

I hear ya.

But, really, how many drivers WOULD be sentenced to prison time in that situation (assuming a clean record and no evidence of intoxication)?

FWIW, TMZ is saying exactly the opposite:

Caitlyn Jenner
Sheriff is NOT Recommending Manslaughter Prosecution

The L.A. County Sheriff's Dept. says media reports claiming the agency is recommending Caitlyn Jenner be prosecuted for vehicular manslaughter are incorrect ... there is NO such recommendation.

TMZ reported, the 161-page Sheriff's Dept. report concludes Jenner violated the misdemeanor manslaughter law by driving at an unsafe speed. Jenner's SUV slammed into a Lexus that had been stopped in traffic, sending the car into oncoming traffic and killing the driver.

The Sheriff's Dept. will submit its report to the L.A. County D.A. next Wednesday and prosecutors will then decide whether to file charges.

Law enforcement sources have told us for months ... there's a 50/50 chance charges will be filed. Some of our sources doubt she'll be prosecuted, saying Jenner's conduct was no different than that other drivers who are inattentive and rear end another car ... the only difference is in Jenner's case, the positioning of the cars sent the Lexus into a fatal trajectory.

As one law enforcement source put it ... Jenner's state of mind was the same as other drivers who screw up and rear end someone, and you prosecute people for their state of mind, not bad luck.

Jenner’s SUV rear-ended two cars

Looks like the punishment will fit the crime.

Jenners SUV hit the Lexus that had been stopped in traffic does change the equation the news is hyping.

She was formerly known as Bruce Jenner,

HE is still Bruce Jenner. Growing your hair out, having fake boobs put into your chest and wearing dresses does not a female make. Take the DNA, still male.

Also, he has not changed his equipment down below. So, if he stands in front of a mirror, naked, he sees boobs and a penis. Confusing to say the least.

“He’ll not have the surgery because his issue isn’t gender identity...he’s a man that gets sexual stimulation out of wearing womans clothes and imagining himself a woman.”

Yes, that’s what is called a transvestite. He’s mentally ill at any rate.

He didn’t “come out as a woman” until after he killed these people. You have to wonder if he cooked it up because he figured life in a women’s prison would be easier than a men’s prison.

First off stop calling him “her”!

I'm leaning towards "it" except that Cousin Itt might take offense.

If this writer wants me to read and consider his comments, he needs to address Bruce Jenner as “he”.

Bruce can change his name and pretend all he wants. He’s still a guy.

If he thought he was carrying baggage before, have I got news for him. He’s got 1000 times more baggage now.

If he wanted to change his name, why not do it the right way.

Bruce Jender.

Your declaration is GENERALLY true. However, it is not always true. In this case it is true that Jenner rear ended the car in front of him. There are two howevers in this mix:

However, Jenner was not speeding and the original accident was caused by others and created a stop short incident. Jenner is responsible for his vehicle being able to stop in time - true. As such, he is at fault for the second collision.

However, the cause of the death was a subsequent accident caused by another vehicle. This is the third collision which Jenner is very likely not to be responsible for depending on the circumstances and what the prosecution can prove.

The general rule in law is that the fault lies with the last person that could have avoided the accident. Jenner’s lawyer will likely argue that Jenner did not start the chain of accidents and was not the cause of the last accident and as such, is more a victim than villain. This will make the prosecution’s efforts much more difficult.

Standard disclaimers apply - I am not a lawyer, I do not have all the details, this is just my opinion and is based on news reports, etc.
