If your referring to the Blond whom was breathlessly reporting from the Capitol steps the SCOTUS decision, no that was not Monica. I believe Monica has only done in studio opinion for Fox. The lady in question is long gone from Fox. I believe her name is Rita Cosby whom is now out of the business, selling DC real estate .
