He did NOT say he was going to let them all back in. I would suggest you read the entire six pages of his explanation about what should be done. Jeff Sessions worked on it with him so it is necessarily correctly formatted. Don’t take any one elses word, read it for yourself.
Trump said he would let all the good ones back in (but didn’t define what is good is) and then said all the “good ones” could come back “quickly”
