Effing salamanders. They should be neutered with an electric hedge trimmer. No anæsthesia, either. Let them benefit from the full measure of the experience.

This type of response wouldn't prevent future such attacks, because an animal remains an animal no matter what. But at least those animals thus "reconditioned" will never sire more killer salamanders. Plus, we'll know who they are because they'll walk so funny!
