While Trump is correct that we need to do more to enforce the laws on our books, however, he is wrong about ending automatic birthright citizenship for children of undocumented immigrants.

A “nation” that will not secure and defend its borders does not deserve to exist, and America, the U.S.A., can logically be said to have completely compromised its identity and its reason to exist..

How about the term ‘foreign invaders’ or is that too politically correct?

Why? Criminal aliens do not have that right.

disagree

Wholeheartedly disagree

And, from the article, I find it insulting to think that people of any particular ethnic background are bound to a particular point of view. There is no mandatory opinion on any subject simply because of melatonin.

No he’s not wrong.

And you do know that Freepers are quite familiar with the lies of the NY Times?

Trump has in a new poll 43% of Hispanics who are here LEGALLY backing him and his plan to get rid of the criminal aliens.

Cruz also took 40% of Hispanics in Texas when he ran for Senator and Romney only got 27%.

So once again the lamebrain reporter for the Carlos Slim controlled NY Times is sitting at a cubicle trying to find a narrative that their homosexual editor (no I’m not exaggerating) will like and approve for print.

The 14th amendment does not apply to people who are invaders and that is exactly what the illegals are and that includes their offspring.

Why do you say he's wrong?

Might it be that various "experts" regularly trotted out (especially on FNC) claim that to be the case.

No less than a U.S. Constitutional professor and legal expert (Mark Levin) just today, actually read the statute and the writing about it from it's author and the reasoning behind the 14th Amendment (basically to grant citizenship to children of slaves brought here against their will and sold to various plantation owners and others wanting free labor.)

That Amendment is written in such a way that anyone with an 8th grade education (before the 1970s, that is) can understand it, unlike today's laws, written by lawyers to ensure no one can understand them, when that is their very purpose!

The Hispanic electorate will like what Trump will do to them. Their neighborhoods will become safer with the drug violence notched way back, there will be jobs opening up and better futures for their children. What the hell is not to like about that?

Mark Levin has an especially good first hour of his show today, explaining in depth the original intent of the 14Th Amendment, and the ways it has been perverted by our rulers of the last several decades.

Worth listening to if you didn't hear it live.

Hedging your bets to be able to partly agree with the NYT false assessment? Maybe they missed the polls which show Trump ahead with the Latino sect.

How is stopping the anchor baby program wrong? These kids are not "under the jurisdiction" of the United States of America until we start giving their illegal parents freebies from the coffers of the taxpayer-funded largess ....

Did you mean to say anchor babies of illegal alien invaders?

When a burglar breaks into your house will you call him an undocumented visitor?

If your pregnant wife delivers your child while visiting France or China, is your kid French or Chinese? Tell me what the heck your kid would be?

"Donald Trump Paints Republicans Into Corner With Hispanics"

New York Slimes racist authors TRIP GABRIEL and JULIA PRESTON proving they believe that all hispanics are illegal aliens. The same goes for the rank and file (R)epublicrat party shills including their talking heads at FOXey News.

Meanwhile Trump goes straight at this monumental lie, defying all the wussiecrats in both parties and entire the chattering class. The beauty of this is that Illegal Aliens cannot vote legally in the first place, and that leaves only the legal immigrants who most likely contain a majority that AGREE with Trump. This "latino" vote is definitely in play.

We're going to need a new word for this 'triangulation'. strategy ... Trumpulation?

All the news that's fit to wrap fish in.

The idea that those Hispanics, who might otherwise be ready to vote Republican, even would want to be associated with those pouring over the Southern border, is naive in the extreme—or, considering the source, deliberately disingenuous.

Hispanic cultures tend to be more class conscious than most American cultures. It is difficult to imagine any cultured Hispanic making the identification, the NYT imnplies.
