It’s not that.
Crappy store. Crappy products. And crappy staff.
For me, it’s a general “malaise” that set in on January 20, 2009. Aside from the fact that my Dad had a heart attack during the Inauguration and died two weeks later, I’ve been watching unfold the fundamental transformation we were promised. The day the community organizer leaves office, I expect to begin my recovery—unless he is replaced by someone of the same ilk.

In retail, you either have high-schoolers, those that don’t want to flip burgers, single moms, or queers.
The only thing JC Penney has going for it, is it’s Stafford line of suits, shirts, slacks, and outerwear, for the office.
Now, with a lot of the aforementioned stores going down, it is because they are behind this queer-crossdressing-no boys-no girls thing.
And lastly, a lot of these stores have created a place for themselves, in a “gun free zone” mall.
