One of the federal prosecutors who helped bring down former general David Petraeus is now leading the investigation into Hillary Clintons private email use.
Of the two prosecutors in the Department of Justices National Security Division tasked with investigating Clintons emails, one of them worked on the Petraeus case, according to the Washington Post. Petraeus, pled guilty to giving his biographer and mistress classified information.
Clintons lawyer, David Kendall, has turned over thumb drives containing Clintons emails from her tenure as Secretary of State. The thumb drives are now in the possession of the Department of Justice, which is just one part of an inter-agency government task force, including the FBI, that is investigating Clintons emails.
Clinton also turned over her private email server itself, which had been in the possession of an obscure Denver-based tech firm called Platte River Networks. As Breitbart News reported, Platte River Networks shared confidential information with tech firms across the country and Canada in an open book-type relationship with other companies.

Have you heard anything about how long Trump is going to be under court confinement?
Yep. I agree
I agree. The Clintons have an army of people willing to take lashes from the whip for them. Their loyalty to those two is ironclad. The investigation will come to a bumbling halt and we’ll once again hear she didn’t “technically” break the law, because she was so busy with all 60,000 emails and “it’s only reasonable” that she innocently and accidentally missed the classified nature of those documents. Huma will be called upon to tell what she knows about the arrangement and will staunchly refuse. The rationale of “insufficient evidence” will be their rabbit hole to jump down.
A great post. To say der Hildebeast was “sloppy” is spot on. It is just what you would expect from der Hildebeast.
Get the lawyer that put away Scooter Libbey...if you can convict a guy named Scooter, you can put away anybody!
I am sure that Bill was asking Zer0 to call back the FBI investigation. That’s not going to happen according to what someone told me about the FBI. I think Zer0 wants no retribution from the Clintons for what is happening. And, he will be willing to spill the beans on the Clintons if they try. That way, he escapes their revenge, which will expose his corrupt administration. If that does happen, it will demolish the DemonRATs.
The big question is, does Obama want Hillary out?
The DOJ and prosecutor will do whatever Obama wants.
Is it too late to invest in Orville Redenbacher stock?
Hillary called him “Betray us”. Now they have at least one thing in common.
Hillary has a tail? That is an image that cannot be unseen
Does anybody remember when Hazel O’Leary, then Secretary of Energy, gave surplus computers to African schools and they were discovered to contain classified information? Was anybody punished?
It’s all for show, people.
I remember that. Good point
One would not be too surprised if there existed a back-up drive somewhere.
Just guessin'.

Get the lawyer that put away Scooter Libbey...if you can convict a guy named Scooter, you can put away anybody!
I hope not.
My take is the same as yours. Too much ego to have an expert look at the issue.
Hillary hasn’t practiced law in decades. She never practiced criminal law and this area of national security law is very specialized.
Hilary’s sloppiness and (justifiable) paranoia extended to her server set-up. She was sloppy with national security with her server setup. There are not many people she could confide in and ask questions about her illegal server setup. So Hillary and Huma winged it. She figured national security would not be a big issue because after all, she is HILLARY!!
Meanwhile, the Chinese and Russians probably have all her State Department emails and whatever else was on that server.
