The State Department says it has more than 81,000 state.gov emails from a top Clinton aide at the State Department despite the agencys past claims that it did not have such records.
The discrepancy, which has led to accusations that the State Department is either lying or incompetent, is laid out in the agencys Aug. 13 response in a Freedom of Information Act lawsuit filed by Gawker.
In Sept. 2012, the website filed a FOIA request for emails Clinton aide Philippe Reines sent to reporters at various news agencies. The State Department responded in July 2013, saying that it found no responsive records.
Gawker followed up with an appeal saying it is difficult to believe that Reines sent no emails on his state.gov account given that some of his emails had already been published at the time.

I believe they have his name wrong...
Naming Marie Harf as a spokesman isn’t evidence of incompetence?
They are both.
Like true Communists everywhere and at every time, they consider themselves to be the "Vanguard of the Revolution"; the "Leaders of the Downtrodden", which means the Ends justify the Means and THEY are NEVER wrong if they meant well!!!
If only you "white, ableist taxpayers" and "Rethuglicans" would check your white privilege and feel guilty, all of these petty accusations would just go away and then we could let the Powerful get back to work for the American people (of color, GBLTs, womyns, and non-Christian)!
