It's everywhere, and the Regime is making sure that immigrants dreamers are being distributed so that everybody gets to pay their "fair share" for their upkeep and put up with the crime, filth, and disease that they bring with them.

Their dreams all involve their hands in the pockets of citizens.
Take away ALL access to any money from any part of the system and see how much they dream of coming to the USA.
Our welfare state supports all the illegals in one way or another.
