Also effective next July, residential bathroom faucets will have a maximum flow rate of 1.2 gallons per minute, down from 2.2 gallons per minute. The standards will save about 154 billion gallons of water in the next 10 years, the commission estimates.

There’s this thing called a drill bit. It makes the water come out of your shower head as fast as you want it to.

I bought one of those low-flo shower heads (like I had a choice) and hated it until a wise FReeper whose screen name I forget posted about how to remove the plastic impediment inside. I did that and now have a shower with power.
And as I enjoy it I imagine that somewhere a petty, crusty, tyrannical EPA bureaucrat is seething as I use “too much water”

The Serbs are fanatic about their showers.
Not from the footage I’ve seen.

Why not?
Everyone already flushes the low flow toilets twice.

I've found that a simple drill bit run through the orifice on such shower heads works wonders! You then can get clean!

Probably not, since it will take 3 times longer to get a good rinse off.

No, no breaking point for those suckers. For the most part, they're sheep. Liberals who are literally too stupid, drunk or stoned to think for themselves. They live on a wagon drawn by a blind, stupid mule called liberalism, and they can't wait to get on board. Whatever the party says, they're all over it.
What those fools need to be doing is building massive desalinization plants, reservoirs, water retention structures, etc, and, in the name of all that's logical, stop putting some nondescript fish that nobody cares about, above the needs of people.

When you can get power blasted like that, you feel cleaner faster. When it’s just a pathetic trickle at a public sink or with a shower where ever, I end up using twice as much water...or the same as I would have if they had it at normal power. Same with toilets. I used to work at an old building in downtown Denver. They had wonderful toilets! Sounded like a jet engine when you flushed.

Nonsense. Are they going to put a cop in every home so you can't take longer showers? What if you change the shower head? How will that be enforced? Pure liberal fantasy land crap courtesy of the RATS and the old fogey Moonbeam.
