Nope. Thats a refrence to the statues that will someday be erected to Steve and I because we have been right so often.
The plan is to place them at every entrance to DC so that pols look upon our sagely visages and ask “Is what I’m saying/doing so blatantly obvious that even Steve and Norm see it clearly”
It would solve a lot of problems.

Not so sure about the “nekkid” part, Norm... No... I’m not so sure I want that imagery at ALL...
At LEAST put on a Toga... with the hem tastefully held CLOSED so passersby don’t get the upskirt effect...
