Two top aides to Hillary Clinton gave assurances to a federal judge Wednesday that they will not delete any emails or other records related to their work at the State Department during Clinton's tenure as America's top diplomat.
Lawyers for former Clinton Chief of Staff Cheryl Mills and Deputy Chief of Staff Huma Abedin told the State Department they would abide by U.S. District Judge Emmet Sullivan's request that they not erase any copies of federal records in their possession.
In addition, Clinton lawyer David Kendall confirmed that a Colorado technology firm on Wednesday turned over to the Justice Department the private server which housed Clinton's emails while she served as secretary of state. He also said he'd produced three thumb drives with Clinton's digital copies of emails she gave State in paper form last December.

I don't know how "the smartest woman" thought she could get away with leaving no trace of digital communication with the State Department mail servers. Most secure communications would specifically require it, especially when she was out of the country or "the zone."
Some dumb-dumbs, like Lois Lerner, have been using the corporate / government email system for [some] personal communications; other dumb-dumbs have been using personal email channels for sensitive and must-be-secure corporate / government communication.

Every Dem “strategist” I’ve seen on FNC for days keeps repeating the mantra that ‘the previous four SoSs all used private email’.
They just refuse to say that those other SoSs did NOT use their private emails to conduct government business and receive and transmit security-classified documents.

I think they used private servers for their PERSONAL emails.?....NOT Official Business.....HUGE difference.

Surely those emails are already destroyed. The hard drice in that server is probably a clean replacement for the original which was likely degaussed then melted down.
FBI and Justice get involved and these people start being a little more compliant. Not thumbing their noses like they did to congress.
That leads me to believe that the fix is in and the side show for the peeps begins.
If the FBI didn’t want them deleted, they would already have sealed the accounts.
You have to parse ever statement these people make — especially anything that runs through David Kendall. “I won’t delete any official emails” begs the questions.
1) Did you delete ANY emails?
2) Did ANYONE else delete those emails for your?
Interesting that Hillary/Kendall had a technology firm in Colorado ‘secure’ the server, given that it’s original physical location was in her ‘barn’ in Chappaqua, NY. You have to wonder what type of ‘security services’ were rendered?

What if information about Chris Stevens location and itinerary were on that computer? What if it was hacked and it led to his death?
Chain of possession...wouldn’t the first step be establishing that the current hard drives are in fact the original and or logged replacement drives?
And that leads to the question of who specified the system, hardware and software,purchased and installed it, doesn’t it?
Not to mention security and maintenance for necessary security patches. Who performed this work and how often. The easy hack is possible when you have physical access to the system. Files could have been leaving in bulk in this manner avoiding NSA monitoring. As well as spyware and such being installed.
There is a whole other chain that needs to be exposed.
So a Colorado company was physically holding Clinton’s server that contained top secret emails. Hope they had clearance...
The problem for Mills particularly is she’s Hillary’s longstanding consiglieri. Hard to imagine her avoiding any prison time.
Obango vowed to uphold the Constitution.
How can we be sure, he had to re-do his oath of office in private with Johnny Roberts...
