The only “solution” worse than giving them citizenship would be to “legalize” them without giving them citizenship.

The whole idea of formalizing a permanent underclass in this country is un-American.

Wouldn’t work anyway. A judge (or justice) would say, “Nah, can’t do that, they’re citizens” in about five minutes. And I’m pretty sure Kasich and Bush know that.

Actually, it would result in 'back door' citizenship, because the first challenge in Federal court would force it, just like the Fed court has with gay marriage.

Perhaps, that is the intent of the politicians who keep pushing this 'regularization'/legalization.
