After months of denials and delaying actions, Hillary Clinton has decided to turn over her private email server to the Department of Justice. As this controversy has grown since the spring, Clinton and her campaign operatives have repeatedly denied that she had placed classified information in her personal email while serving as Secretary of State during President Obama’s first term. (“I am confident that I never sent nor received any information that was classified at the time it was sent and received,” she said last month.) Her team also denied that she would ever hand over her server to investigators. Now both those assertions have been overturned.

Once more, ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls, we have another Clinton who believes that a Clinton is way above the law, regardless if it’s committing perjury, failing to safeguard classified information, altering classified information, murder, rape, etc. This is the Clinton crime syndicate. Laws that when broken by the ordinary citizen result in fines and jail time do not apply to Clintons. Or, do they? We shall see. If Hillary slithers out of this one, our entire intelligence system and its safeguards have been irreparably damaged, since there will be no perceived consequences to violating the law.
I actually believe she’s too damned dumb to recognize what should be top secret and what shouldn’t.

I’ve always thought along the same lines. She sent and received emails. Someone received the ones she sent and sent the ones she received. So her hard driver/server is not needed.
I remember people I loved saying Clinton lied under oath because he was asked a question he shouldn’t have been asked.
My guess is the deleted emails either: still had the classification labels or were related to Benghazi.
Obama will not pardon her. That will not happen.

DoD Components will develop, implement, and enforce procedures to prevent the unauthorized disclosure of classified information and controlled unclassified information (CUI) on DoD information systems, to include through compliance with References (a) through (i). DoD and Component-level guidance, policies, and training must include the following:
1. All authorized users ofDoD information systems (e.g., DoD civilian employees and military members, other federal agency personnel, DoD contractors), must understand and comply with policy and guidance to protect classified information and CUI, and to prevent unauthorized disclosures. DoD Components will ensure that appropriate requirements are applied to all authorized users (e.g., through DoD issuances, interagency agreements, acquisition regulations, contract requirements).
2. Classified information shall be processed only on information systems approved for such use at the required level of classification, in accordance with References (e), (f) and (i).
Additionally:
a. Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI)e.g., intelligence information marked with SI, TK, -or HCS handling caveats, shall be processed only on information systems specifically authorized for SCI processing. The Joint Worldwide Intelligence Communications System (JWICS) is authorized and approved for processing information up to Top Secret/SCI.
b. The Secret Internet Protocol Router Network (SIPRNET) is authorized for processing classified information up to collateral Secret only. SCI, regardless of its classification, may not be processed on, transferred to, or stored on SIPRNET, as that system is not authorized for SCI processing. ...
Spillages and unauthorized disclosures of classified information or CUI will be categorized in one of three categories:
• Willful. An incident is willful if the person purposefully disregards DoD security or information safeguarding policies or requirements (e.g., intentionally bypassing a known security control).
• Negligent. An incident is negligent if the person acted unreasonably in causing the spillage or unauthorized disclosure (e.g., a careless lack of attention to detail, or reckless disregard for proper procedures).
• Inadvertent. An incident is inadvertent if the person did not know, and had no reasonable basis to know, that the security violation or unauthorized disclosure was occurring (e.g., the person reasonably relied on improper markings).

How the heck was she sending/receiving classified emails on her ‘personal’ server? That would have to be a classified government server in a classified space. Does she live in a SCIF? The only thing I can think of is the emails were received via a CDS from the classified network.
And what was she, a DoS official, doing with classified satellite documents -selling it to the highest bidder? I say yes. She’s a grifter. She’s in everything for power and money.
That tells us right there that we're not simply talking about a conversational rewording of secrets being transmitted. "Oh, Chris Stevens will have to bang his hunky intern all night at the Benghazi outpost after I told him to approve the arms sales through the Turks and over the $40M to 'em!" (I made that up, I swear.) We're talking about images of TOP SECRET (and better) documents.
After felonious removal of classified markings, these were scanned with the intent of sending them on an unsecured server quite probably to people not permitted to see them, viz. foreign, state campaign contributors.
There is such a rack of felonies in that last sentence that no mere human being could escape. She is a monster. After her campaign is irretrievably trashed and Obama does all he can to assign his own heir in the presidency, "There! Take that for daring to challenge us for the highest office in the land, ha ha!", he will pardon her.
In pardoning her, he will show (yet again) how completely against the law he is. He had to have been aware of Hillary's server problem. (Not that he would have figured it out, but any of his people that were at all responsible (I see you straining with that.) would have known and told him.) To pardon her while not having pardoned Petraeus for his personal calendar lying in an "unsecurely locked" desk drawer in a locked office will be yet another zenith in demonstration of his disregard for the law, as her crimes have been orders of magnitude above Petraeus' piddling "gotcha".
This is yet again another clear sign (that the nation will collectively allow to be swept under the rug) that Obama's existence as president is the greatest fraud, deception and hoax ever perpetrated on mankind!

I am highly interested in just who she was sending e-mail to with this rouge server. My thoughts are she was using this gear to try and discreetly aide the Clinton Fund with “favors” as well as trying to undermine obama secretly for her current run for office. It will not surprise me in the slightest if she was forking over secrets to the top bidder and with her arrogance thinking this e-mail server would never be discovered.
Pretending for a moment the printed e-mails were not doctored, they also have the recipients e-mail addresses and can go after those servers/providers.
You know as well as I that no matter how much they wipe that one rouge server, they cannot wipe all the servers that received those e-mails. The data is alive “out there” somewhere. Hillary is in deep on this one. This isn’t the 90’s.
I've said before that history will not treat The Obama Years kindly. There's so much dirt that will come at some point that people will look back and think how did he get away with that. And Obama is quite young, he going to have to live with his scandals as president for a long time.
The fact that Hillary's legacy looks so bad just adds icing on the cake.
I note the article says that ‘someone on her staff’ violated the law. Seems Hillary is finding someone to fall on his/her sword so she is clean.
