Hillary Clinton will turn over the personal email server she used while serving as secretary of state to the Justice Department, her campaign spokesman said Tuesday.
The decision advances the investigation into the Democratic presidential front-runner's use of a private email account as the nation's top diplomat, and whether classified information was improperly stored on her home-brew email server.
Clinton had previously refused demands from Republican critics to turn over the server to a third party.
Spokesman Nick Merrill said Clinton has "pledged to cooperate with the government's security inquiry, and if there are more questions, we will continue to address them."
Also Tuesday, Clinton gave to the Justice Department thumb drives containing copies of emails sent to and from her personal email addresses via that server.
Clinton's lawyer, David Kendall, gave three thumb drives containing copies of roughly 30,000 emails to the FBI after the agency determined he could not remain in possession of the classified information contained in some of the emails, according to a U.S. official briefed on the matter who was not authorized to speak publicly.

So it still exists. H’mmmm, I can’t see her actually giving it up. I have my doubts on whether or not it will have everything or is only a ‘clone’ with partial e-mails.
After all this time, that server has been scrubbed, scrubbed and scrubbed again by military grade cleansing I’m sure.
That server is as clean as my colon after two days of drinking that horrible liquid.
It’s been scrubbed and scraped, and it probably is not the original hard drive.
AND she is handing it over to a democrat justice department.

We don’t have a DOJ . We have a department of keeping Obama clear of any damage and due to the link with Clinton, Obama will allow this to pass.

You know how hard those hard drives have had to work, imagine the actual hard drives in service 3 years ago have been replaced several times - backed up at convenient intervals to ensure deleted items don’t find their way to current hard drives. It will be interesting to see when the actual hard drives turned over were manufactured (probably a month ago).
They’ll put it in with Louis Lerner’s evidence files and it will be forgotten about. The Clinton 2016 ship must continue to sail and Ofumble wouldn’t want to get dirty on the way out with implications during any actions the DOJ should make, but won’t.
Why hasn't the GOP "majority" in congress demanded a Special Prosecutor? Probably way too late now.

The other day her lawyer said that because she had provided copies of everything, she was destroying the originals.
