What does fascism have to do with anything Trump has said, promised, or done?
Attack a population then steal their assets..

It's called, 'spoils of war'. It's an ancient concept, and quite valid in terms of warfare between nations.
Oh, I think we can get most of it pumped out in 20 years. Probably much less, if we set our minds to it.
