More broadly, it’s pretty clear where the drift of this thing is heading, which is not toward Trump winning the nomination, but toward Trump somewhere along the way saying he’s been treated unfairly — by the GOP, by the media, by Jonah Goldberg, et al. — and declaring next year that he’s seriously considering an independent bid. So then treat Trump fairly and stick to the issues.
No more Megyn Kelly BS.
No more Fox not being fair and balanced, pushing media lies.
No more Republicans out to get him.
Concentrate on the issues and let Trump and all the other candidates succeed or fail honestly on the issues.
