The ONLY issue I have with Ted Cruz is the H1B visa issue. We need to shut down the H1B visa or highly curtail it.

That being said Cruz is the best candidate by far.

Cruz should get out there and separate himself from Trump, imho.

I hope you are not being paid for that advice.

Cruz is for 325,000 new foreign tech workers being given H-1B visas while millions of Americans are out of work and he said he didn’t read important legislation before voting for it. That placed him to the left of my voting standards.

I disagree with Cruz on H-1B.

That said, Trump is for an expedited over-and-back illegal alien amnesty for the "good" ones.

What's that 20 million of them?

I think that's worse than the H-1B's.

Yes he is a very good lawyer, what has that got to do with winning political battles?

Why is Lowrey trying to goad Cruz into stepping into the middle of the crossfire? What does Cruz have to gain by doing that?

"The widely admired Megyn Kelly"

She shouldn't have been so awfully blatant about what she was doing for Bush. It was just plain stupid.

Cruz will not attack Trump or any other candidate, he knows they all eventually will fall by their own sword.

Cruz is a tactician he knows the pitfalls, he is a master of communication, he has a solid foundation to stand on he knows better than any of the others, The Declaration of Independence, The Constitution, and The Bill of Rights.

As far as personal foundation it is built upon the knowledge of The Great God and Our Savior Jesus Christ.

Frankly I’m starting to wonder if Trump and FOX aren’t working a scam together.

He claims they hate him yet he had a weekly call in segment until he launched his campaign. Now they’re both making money hand and fist over this “fight”.

He has not lost a political battle yet.

His senate win was a true masterpiece.

His opponent was another billionaire that spent 26 million of his own cash in the race.

CLEANED HOUSE,Rubio co cosponsored an amnesty bill with chuck schummer!

Dewhurst was not widely liked here in Texas. He did nothing about our outrageous property taxes. Cruz, whom I voted for 3 times, won because of Sarah Palin. I like Cruz, he is one of the few good guys. But he is not ready and he can’t win. The Uniparty is simply to powerful. I don’t think Trump can win either but at least with Trump there is a chance. There no chance with Cruz. I’ll vote for Cruz and be happy to do so but no Rat will and by the time the Uniparty is finished with Cruz only folks like you and me will be voting Cruz.

Ted Cruz has come out vastly better than than Trump. None of them has been able to lay as much as a glove on Ted Cruz.

Rush just read some new poll data and you may or may not be shocked to learn that both Carson and Carly are polling about Cruz. Fact is three out of four poll leaders are not politicians, what might one learn from that information?

Sens. Cruz and Lee proposed to add immigration protection to TPA. Cruz got wind that McConnell and Reid had traded blocking Cruz's immigration amendment, a Democrat want, for Ex-Im Bank re-authorization, a Republican want. When Cruz confronted McConnell, McConnell lied and denied this deal. Taking McConnell at his word, Cruz accepted this as a compromise (TPA without immigration protection, but no Ex-Im re-authorization) and voted for TPA. Then Wikileaks revealed that serious abuses of U.S. immigration law were contained in the TPP, which, unlike TPA is still secret. As a result,Cruz flipped his vote when the TPA vote came back to the Senate. Then McConnell gave the green light to Ex-Im, at which point Cruz revealed McConnell's lie.

McConnell not only broke his word to Cruz and Lee. He also lied to the entire Republican caucus.

Sen. Cruz acted as an honorable conservative throughout.

Let's not forget bowling Katie Couric's idiotic questions with facts. Getting an apology from the idiot who asked what his favorite spanish food was (Despite saying no apology was needed). Hell he even got code pink clown Medea Benjamin to call him a patriot and apologize for interrupting.

When comes to fear, no where is it more clearly displayed by Chris Hayes in 2013.

Is Ted Cruz the most dangerous man on the American right?

in october 2007 i sat in the media gallery of the united states supreme court and watched the solicitor general of texas argue on behalf of the state that he should have the ability to put to death a mexican national, jose Medellín, who had been convicted of raping and murdering two teenage girls in houston. he won that argument and Medellín was executed by texas on august 5th , 2008 , despite the objections of the united nations and the international court of justice . at the time, i had no idea who this man arguing on behalf of texas was. but all i could think was holy crap , this guy is good. it was one of his nine times arguing before the supreme court and he was witty, incredibly fast on his feet and clearly had a brilliant legal mind. it is to this day one of the most impressive displays i have ever seen before the court and i have had the good fortune to spend a lot of time there. so you can imagine my horror in 2012 when i tuned into the texas senate race. i hadn't been paying much attention to. and realized that lieutenant governor david dewhurst , the republican establishment candidate, was being prepared by a tea party candidate who was the same guy i saw kick ass in the supreme court in 2007 . i thought that night, night i made that connection, oh, this is trouble. and trouble that man has been. trouble in every direction. as he vies to be the singular voice of the right wing grassroots and as he has very quickly assumed a leadership role in movement. he's a man who combines the intellectual credentials and pedigree of barack obama , with the raw right wing populist appeal of sarah palin . his full name is rafael edward cruz.

It was the Medellín v. Texas case that set precedent for states like Michigan to impose sanctions on Iran in 2013

Medellín v. Texas

Medellín v. Texas, 552 U.S. 491 (2008), is a United States Supreme Court decision that held that even if an international treaty may constitute an international commitment, it is not binding domestic law unless Congress has enacted statutes implementing it or unless the treaty itself is "self-executing." Also, the Court held that decisions of the International Court of Justice are not binding domestic law and that, without authority from the United States Congress or the Constitution, the President of the United States lacks the power to enforce international treaties or decisions of the International Court of Justice.

Closed for Business: Michigan's Iran Economic Sanctions Act

Frankly, Ted Cruz by virtue of wining that one case has done more for American citizens and states than the entire field combined.

But since an enormous amount of his appeal is based on saying outrageous things and not apologizing for them, ...

Trump is saying the things that he does because the pro-Washington cartel media is not asking him intelligent questions.
