She said the three of them worked on questions for each candidate that centered on their particular statements/actions in the past that they thought would come up from liberal candidates after both party's primary when it would be Democrat against Republican.

I saw that and Megyn lied. Her first question to Trump was personal. The "DUMP TRUMP" alert had gone out several days prior to the debate by no less than Rupert Murdoch. Ailes had objected, but finally had to give. Rupert Murdoch Wants to Stop Donald Trump, But First He’s Got to Rein In Roger Ailes: | July 22, 2015

Furthermore, it's not the job of The Outlet hosting the debate, to pose questions "they thought would come up from liberal candidates after both party's primary when it would be Democrat against Republican."

Even if that silly, stupid statement were true, it's NOT their job to worry about or to concern themselves about what may happen "after both party's primaries." Think about that! This was the first debate!

The three should have posed serious questions to all ten, related to national events and national security. Obama's treaty with Iran, ISIS, our massive debt, etc.

Voters and viewers were entitled to hear the various candidate's positions on these important matters.

Plus, I don't remember even one of the three moderators mentioning Obama's INSULT to ALL Republicans when just a few day before the Debate, Obama likened Republicans to the Mullah's in Iran, calling both "hard-liner's"!

I almost always leave Fox News on 24/7, (even while I sleep) but I am changing my viewing habits. I'm boycotting The Kelly File and Wallace's Sunday show.

I know that she was sick earlier in the day, but she was going to ask her "gotcha" questions regardless. She and Chris Stires had been discussing "their questions" on her show all that week. Wallace even bragged, that they had come up with some "real doozies."

Megyn can't play in the "hard ball" arena with the big boys, and then cry foul when her feminism didn't work for her against Mr. Trump.

She. Kelly, gets way too much credence.

She is simply another talking head, jockeying for position through the turns. She could not care less about the primary itself, or what any candidate's position is, on anything.

Regards the candidates, Trump's attractiveness is not so much position, as it is personality.

Millions are hungry for someone who will stand up and fight the socialists, stand up to the media, rather than politely thanking them for a smack down and asking if they may have another.

Cruz is definitely THE choice if one takes into consideration his positions and his reading of the Constitution.

Trump is a refreshing bucket of cold water on the opposition's collective face.

Good point. Without knowing who the Rep candidate will be, why worry about how the Rep candidates will fare against the Dems at this stage. A more generic and less personal and confrontational question would have asked Trump about the Dems WOW attacks vis a vis the GOP.

Trump is competing against Reps for the nomination, not against the Dems. Is that the way to select a candidate? Who the MSM thinks will do best against the Dems? Or should it be who represents the Party's views and vision for the country?

The MSM always tries to use the social issues against the Reps. They try to steer away from policy issues. They like to paint the Reps as dumb and bigoted. The Dems are never confronted about their failed welfare state programs or the national debt.

I can recall the GOP candidates being asked who their favorite political philosopher was. Bush 43 said Jesus and was mocked. Do we ever here such questions being asked by the MSM of Dem candidates?

“Megyn can’t play in the “hard ball” arena with the big boys, and then cry foul when her feminism didn’t work for her against Mr. Trump.”

She hasn’t cried foul. She asked the questions that had been agreed upon before the debate. She isn’t the one putting pictures of her on FR and berating her for being a woman. Men are doing this (at least I don’t think women are putting those pictures on here).

Perhaps CNN will ask Trump what questions he wants them to ask. That is the only way Trump won’t get mad and call them tacky names.
