In its debate coverage, FoxNews recent desire to be accepted into the fraternity of leftist-leaning journalists was on full display. Having built its audience by being fair to conservatives, its anchors now seek to pivot to the left in order to satisfy their professional peers.
It is very revelatory that CNN praised Fox News for its handling of the debate.
Fox News couldnt care less what the audience or the Republican candidates thought of them. It was trying to make it in the journalistic cocktail circuit. Thats why they pummeled Trump with such personal attacks and treated all of the other candidates like enemies.
Megyn Kelly was especially partisan, her bias showing through her questioning of Trump. You can bet shell never be as tough on Hillary as she was on the Donald last night and certainly wont be asking her personal questions.
Fox News showed an arrogant contempt for its audience in its leftist bias and was, in effect, telling them that they have no other place to go.
The networks choice of who got to answer questions was just one of the many ways it showed a bias. Conservative Ted Cruz had to wait for 25 other responses before he was finally asked a question and that one was about God.
Conservative newcomer Ben Carson was ignored for so long by the FoxNews anchors that he even commented that he was wondering if he would ever get the chance to speak.
Fox News could have shown that it could be fairer than any other station. Instead its liberal bias rivaled that of George Stephanopoulos.

I am going to check out One America News. That’s where I’m heading.

I remember that scene. She mouths off viciously to him and Clint drags her into a barn (she later tries to shoot him nnd the midget says that it was his technique).
No, I not commenting on the content, I’m commenting on his character. Mr. Morris has a habit of badmouthing his ex-employers, and is an unreliable source, even when he is right.
As for Fox, I did not expect them to be fair. Besides, candidates will have to field questions like this, and if they can’t respond without losing their composure, they should look for another line of work. We don’t need another thin-skinned narcissist in the White House.
The old Toe Sucker got this one right! I am no Trump fan by any stretch so it was plainly obvious Trump was targeted by Fox. Hope it backfires big time.
Rudy Giuliani WONT BACK DOWN as Megyn Kelly GRILLS him on his Obama comments

Nor do (I) we want more meek/feckless politicians (ala O’Malley re: ‘alllives’).
IMO, if he had responded like Newt and blew it off...yes, that WOULD have been better. Still, Cruz lost some points, in my eyes, for NOT giving back on ‘speaking to God’
For me, it’s better for the former than the latter. At least I know DT is a fighter (and no, nobody’s got my vote yet).
Yes, DT is a fighter, a fighter for DT. Whether that is good for conservatives and the US is still to be seen. I would prefer a more principled and disciplined fighter than one throwing unnecessary punches.
Until the AL primaries, no one has my vote, either.
As you stated, DT is for DT...and I’m good with that.
What I’m NOT good with is nobody else in the field for themselves, let alone We the People.
Principled, yes...but a fighter!! The rest are sorely lacking and disappointing. Until another joins the fray, it’s ‘Go DT!!’.
