In its debate coverage, FoxNews recent desire to be accepted into the fraternity of leftist-leaning journalists was on full display. Having built its audience by being fair to conservatives, its anchors now seek to pivot to the left in order to satisfy their professional peers.
It is very revelatory that CNN praised Fox News for its handling of the debate.
Fox News couldnt care less what the audience or the Republican candidates thought of them. It was trying to make it in the journalistic cocktail circuit. Thats why they pummeled Trump with such personal attacks and treated all of the other candidates like enemies.
Megyn Kelly was especially partisan, her bias showing through her questioning of Trump. You can bet shell never be as tough on Hillary as she was on the Donald last night and certainly wont be asking her personal questions.
Fox News showed an arrogant contempt for its audience in its leftist bias and was, in effect, telling them that they have no other place to go.
The networks choice of who got to answer questions was just one of the many ways it showed a bias. Conservative Ted Cruz had to wait for 25 other responses before he was finally asked a question and that one was about God.
Conservative newcomer Ben Carson was ignored for so long by the FoxNews anchors that he even commented that he was wondering if he would ever get the chance to speak.
Fox News could have shown that it could be fairer than any other station. Instead its liberal bias rivaled that of George Stephanopoulos.

Dickie is right. I said the same thing.
I do not recall a debate where the moderators were a bigger part of the event. They dominated speaking time and got into one on ones with candidates. Fox is ruining the ability for the GOP to win at this stage by stalking anyone not loyal to the Washington elite. Or ignoring them.
Two problems regarding that so-called debate. Megyn Kelly and Rupert Murdock.
Sounds like a disgruntled ex-employee. Dick, go back to getting your toes sucked, and leave conservative commentary to conservative commentators.
I guess Fox has forgotten how it feels to be ostracized - much the same way they did certain candidates. They have won the ratings war for so long, that they are getting too big for their britches. They forget how obama used to say they weren’t a real news station, and were left out of things. SO, they have to fit in now by compromising their principles.
I expected this of Kelly(look at me!) and Wallace(I’m not my dad), but not Brett Baier (sp). Disappointing.
Fox News showed an arrogant contempt for its audience in its leftist bias and was, in effect, telling them that they have no other place to go.
The other debates tone has been set by kelly.
The good that has come from this is finally conservatives realize that Faux News was never their friend.
I think Morris is right
there just like the “conservatives”
we send to congress..they want to be liked
Maybe the candidates themselves should organize a series of self-moderated forums, live-streamed on the internet with all media invited to observe and simple rules, each candidate speaks for 1 minute in turn on any subject.
They all want Hillary..a woman..just like Obama a black..hate to say it Trump is right about political correctness to bad he is has such thin skin there is a time to talk and a time to keep your mouth shut it was all about Fox News Bias..now its about what Trump said..
Faux news has been swallowed up by the fedgov propaganda juggernaut, if not from without, but from within.
Ratings, and cashflow from the corporate party masters is all that counts now.
On Thursday night I learned that Megyn Kelly has an even bigger ego than Bill O’Reilly. I thought it was to be a debate but it turned out to be “The All About Megyn Show.” What a POS.
I used to watch Fox News on a regular basis but became disgusted some time ago. Just about the only true conservative left on Fox is Sean Hannity.
