Donald Trump has lashed out after he was banned from one of the biggest gatherings of conservative activists over controversial comments he made about Fox News host Megyn Kelly.
In an interview with CNN on Friday, the GOP frontrunner appeared to imply that Kelly, during a televised debate, 'unfairly' grilled him on his history of insulting women because she was menstruating.
He remarked that there 'was blood coming out of her... wherever', sparking outrage and causing RedState's Erick Erickson to boot him off the high-profile Georgia event's line-up.
But now, Trump has taken to Twitter to hit back at his critics, writing: 'So many "politically correct" fools in our country. We have to all get back to work and stop wasting time and energy on nonsense!'
In a later post on Saturday morning, the presidential candidate added that his remarks about Kelly were not made in reference to her menstrual cycle - but were actually referring to the host's nose...

If she can’t handle it she needs to go dance on a pole or something.
The party of science and women, along with their MSM lapdogs, needs a lesson. If they are assuming Trump is correlating Megyn’s bitchiness with her menstrual cycle they are wrong. Crankiness is one of the many symptoms of PMS. The P in PMS stands for pre. The uterus has not yet shed its lining.

I don’t believe it was a good choice of words but it was not intended as some on the media are trying to make it. My guess is that Megyn is all tied in with her GOPe pals at Fox News.

Seems clear the Meghan attack and aftermath were all planned out and orchestrated. The last thing the GOPe wants to talk about is real issues affecting real Americans.

Even though Trump insists he was thinking “nose” (as he’s done on other occasions) - so what if he meant what everyone presumed?
Yes, that would be crude, but if you’re going to reject folks for crude comments, then don’t be surprised when the political scene is so dominated by political correctness.

I don’t know what he meant by the word wherever, but it seems to me that the word nose only has 4 letters in it and would have been much simpler to type. I kind of think it was a derogatory remark. But, I don’t know for sure.
Well evidently, the CNN host didn’t think anything about it. He didn’t ask him what he meant by this.
Maybe and hopefully he was alluding to the ‘bleeding-heart-liberal’ thing. At least, that is what he should have said.
