What defines a “natural-born citizen” and where do you find it. The federalist papers? Blacks Law Dictionary?

The Declaration of Independence. Anyone born prior to the Declaration of Independence was a British Subject, and was thereafter converted to an American Citizen by the action of the Declaration of Independence. (Unless they chose to remain loyal to the British Government, which many did.)

Anyone born after to an American Father was a "natural born citizen."

“Anyone born after to an American Father was a “natural born citizen.”

That’s what I would most agree with in that it is the original
intent and it’s the fathers sir name that is passed on.
The Question that I am asking is
what definition are we going by today where anchor babies
are legal, and Obama is qualified to be president. Where is
this definition written? If not then it has become the
most exploited gray area of the law and
quite possibly the constitutions undoing.
