“Anyone born after to an American Father was a “natural born citizen.”

That’s what I would most agree with in that it is the original
intent and it’s the fathers sir name that is passed on.
The Question that I am asking is
what definition are we going by today where anchor babies
are legal, and Obama is qualified to be president. Where is
this definition written? If not then it has become the
most exploited gray area of the law and
quite possibly the constitutions undoing.

Where we are today is most legal people believing that any sort of statutory citizenship at birth is good enough. If you want to track the history of their wrong understanding of the issue, it all goes through the Wong Kim Ark court case in which they conclude that Wong Kim Ark is a citizen merely from having been born in the United States.

They not only equate "citizen" with "natural born citizen", but they also equate being born to legal residents as the equivalent of being born to illegal aliens.

Since this is a thread discussing Ann Coulter's opinion, I will give you a link to something she had previously written on the subject.

"Justice Brennan’s Footnote Gave Us Anchor Babies"

While we're at it, I'll throw in a George Will Opinion on the Subject too.

"An argument to be made about immigrant babies and citizenship"

If not then it has become the most exploited gray area of the law and quite possibly the constitutions undoing.

Why yes it has. Probably millions of anchor babies have taken advantage of this "gray area", and of course Barack Obama has as well. Barack has certainly been instrumental in a lot of Constitutional undoing, that's for sure.
