Bloomberg: Fox News Couldn't Kill Trump's Momentum And May Have Only Made It Stronger
Breitbart.com ^ | August 7, 2015 | Breitbart News

A few hours before Thursday’s Fox News debate, a friend of Donald Trump’s confided to me that Trump was nervous. Not about the competition—he could handle them. No, Trump worried about Fox News, and in particular, debate moderator Megyn Kelly. She’d been hammering him all week on her show, and he was certain she was out to get him. He’d canceled a Fox News appearance on Monday night, the friend said, in order to avoid her. (Trump’s spokeswoman wouldn’t confirm or deny this.)

Fox news was the loser especially the pc bimbo Megan Kelly.

Starting off with a fidelity oath to the GOPe is pretty pathetic.

People aren’t buying the social engineering from the dinosaur media and the uni-party.

She looked mean, angry as she questioned Trump. She was not objective. I was shocked.

Oh, and learn to spell, you nitwit.

It takes a special kind of idiot to criticize the spelling in a post where everything is spelled correctly. What word did you mistakenly think was misspelled?

These were not "tough questions". They were vicious attacks that have no place in a debate of any kind, especially when unleashed by a "moderator". Do you even have any idea what a "tough question" is? Do you consider "have you stopped hitting your wife?" a tough question?

Again, you're an idiot - directly quoting a question about wife beating that was, of course, never asked. Was questioning Trump about his four bankruptcies "unfair"? Oh, poor little baby Trump.

I thought asking Walker "Would you really let your mother die rather than have an abortion?" a worse question. Reminding Ben Carson that he called Alan Greenspan the Treasury Secretary was a shot. Discussing New Jersey's credit downgrades under Christie (with helpful graphics) was a solid shot at him. All fair. But the only ones whinging like stuck cats is the Trumpians.

Suck it up sister, politics ain't for sissies.

Up until last night, I have felt that Bill O’Reilly had the biggest ego on Fox News. I had concluded that his head is so big that he could barely fit it through a doorway.

For a while I have not been a fan of Megyn Kelly. Way too cutesy, and that smile with the huge eye lashes is most irritating. That being said, Kelly far surpassed O’Reilly last night in the ego department. She behaved as if she was the star of this Fox extravanganza. She tried to turn it into the Kelly vs. Trump show. Such distasteful behavior. She makes O’Reilly look like a humble person.

Trump may not have done himself a favor with women viewers when he went after Kelly. However, at least he had the balls to stand up to this drama queen. Thanks Donald.

Has Mr. Trump been made much more popular because of last night?

As far as I'm concerned, absolutely!

Talking about foul mouthed person, there was LBJ. JFK shared a mistress with the Mafia and had many other and so badly treated women that even the liberal media recently labeled him “Monster.” Then there is Biden - his comments have been more over the top than any of last night’s candidates.

On TV, Nixon came off the loser because of his looks, compared to Kennedy.

Nixon was sick with the flu in that debate, but he attended it anyway.

You got him dead to rights.— pun intended

It was an attack and out of line, and I am not a Trump supporter.
I did feel sympathy for the treatment he received. It was actually embarrassing.
Trump could have handled it better, but to his fans it makes no difference.

The big news today is the Trump Ambush by Fox. He is getting a bunch of sympathy support from many who would not otherwise give him the time of day. Trump is now the touchstone of the resistance.

Yep.

So we must ask ourselves a simple question - was this response predictable?

Could all the media experts at Fox even have remotely predicted that this would be the result of targeting Trump with open, sneering contempt by a woman obviously imitating everything people hate about Hillary?

Because if it was somehow, amazingly, impossibly predictable... then who was Meghan REALLY working for - given her actual and even predictable effect on Trump's ratings?

LOL...

“You can bet Trump will never be a guest on her show again”

Would he be scared of her or vice versa, or perhaps he just wouldn’t want to help her ratings.
