It’s not difficult to discredit her, her sources, and her defense of their nonsense; but, it needs to be challenged every time she appears. That’s pretty tough as she is clearly obsessed about all of this.
Some years ago, there was a term: seminar caller, seminar poster. This one is fit to a T.
Ms Archer is a Proven LIAR. She claimed she was not read her Miranda rights. We hear on the tape the investigator reading her those rights and her response. Ms. Archer says she didn’t know what the search was for. We hear the investigator for six minutes reading the search warrant to her and her response.
Ms. Archer says she was refused a cigarette break. Then we hear on the tape that she is allowed cigarettes and coffee.
Ms. Archer says she was afraid her dogs would be shot. We hear on the tape her dogs barking prior to their being put on the patio. The investigator was speaking to them in soothing tones, practically lapsing into baby talk as they are placed outside the house.
There is not one shred of evidence that what Ms. Archer said took place happened, but there is abundant evidence that she lied repeatedly. Instead of assuming that the first part of the tape was missing, I will take the admonition that the Judge gives in court. When a witness is found to be untruthful in one part of their testimony, the jury can dismiss the rest of their testimony as untrue as well.
Clearly, Ms. Archer Lied through he Lesbian teeth. Unless there is some physical evidence produced to support her story, I’m going to believe the tapes that are clear and convincing of what actually occurred.
Her objective is to flood this forum with this lefty dung from wingnut blogs with a few hundred visitors. It is part of the ongoing war in Wisconsin in spite of the smack down by the Wisconsin Supreme Court. They are not giving up, and she will keep posting this nonsense until she is chased off.

The WI Supreme Court ordered all materials gathered in pursuit of this "investigation" destroyed. The prosecutors, who are defendants in this case have committed a crime, not only in retaining them, but in making them public. The Judge who allowed them to be made public has very likely also committed a crime.
Be that as it may, the tapes do not constitute the entire audio record of the raid. That is a predicate required for admissibility in virtually any jurisdiction. Therefore, these tapes are not evidence, even had they been legally obtained [which they have not.]
Impeachment is a political remedy, not a legal one. Nixon resigned because Republican Congressional leaders informed him he would not have politically survived. It had nothing to do with the admissibility of the tapes.
