Sadly amnesty is acceptable to all 17. Only difference is Trump wants to deport ALL illegals and only then admit those back who are useful. No one else has talked about deporting non-violent illegals.
No other country is so lax on illegals as United States. Even the LEGAL immigration is a joke because we admit one million plus LEGAL immigrants every year, and most of them have no skills in short supply in USA. And they are not required to bring assets with them.
I looked into immigration policies of New Zealand. They will admit you from anywhere if 1) you have skills in short supply in NZ, or 2) if you bring $1.5 million US dollars with you to NZ. ALl immigrants must pass English test given by NZ.
