Not trying hijack this thread, but just how many billions of people really need Viagra or Cialis? I mean is there really this sudden explosion of erectile dysfunction? Millions and millions of heterosexual men struggling with intimacy with their wives? Or is this really about homosexuals and people going to raves or some such thing? I simply cannot believe the sheer number of ads for these products is really representative of the scope of any problem.

A friend tells me that it is a sex enhancer if you don’t have ED.

The people that need it really do need it. The decision of CVS not to make it available isn't ethical nor considering their legitimate needs. Try seeing what drugs to reduce enlarged prostste (60% of males over 50) does to you sex life.

The people that don't need it are either getting the prescription from a doctor under fraudulent or unethical conditions or buying it on the black market.

It's very similar to the gun control arguments. Eliminate all guns and the bad guys won't have them...Right??
