Somebody extremely creative made a Twitter account for Dr. Mengele and he/she is trolling abortion proponents hard!

Who ever the troll is, good for them, but they may have some explaining to do. I would not be surprised to find out that less than 30% of the average Twitter users even know who and what Dr. Mengele was. They may be too ignorant to even know they’re being shamed.
I can easily imagine a high school teacher of today, choosing to breeze (paper?) over the details of the Third Reich and it’s aftermath of the Holocaust.
